The IMPLEMENT Leader Training is designed for educators, counselors, teachers, and school leaders who are ready to take Yoga 4 Classrooms schoolwide. This advanced, interactive training equips you to lead and sustain a comprehensive, school-wide yoga and mindfulness initiative that supports the well-being of students, staff, and the overall school climate.
You will learn best practices for introducing, modeling, and embedding Yoga 4 Classrooms into daily routines, as well as strategies for training and inspiring your colleagues. The training covers how to align implementation with school goals, integrate practices into academic and social-emotional learning initiatives, and collect meaningful data to measure impact.
By the end of this training, you will be fully prepared to serve as your school’s Y4C IMPLEMENT Leader—guiding your community in creating a culture of mindfulness, resilience, and compassion that lasts far beyond the classroom.

The IMPLEMENT Leader Training, Step 3 of our 3-Step Implementation Success Path, is our advanced training program for school-based teams and individual school professionals who have completed the foundational Yoga & Mindfulness in the Classroom Course, have some experience with implementation and would like to be empowered to launch and/or lead Yoga 4 Classrooms in their school as a sustainable schoolwide initiative.

Format: Live Remote via Zoom + Home Study
Contact Hours: 17
Home Study Component / Non-Contact Hours: 6
Please plan for 1 hour of pre-training assignments (email will be sent one week prior) in addition to 1 hour between sessions for completion of assignments.
